Here are a couple of the boys at 11
Months. After much debate, I finally decided to keep and show Whiskey.
So Tango and Arizona have found wonderful forever homes. .
This was Annie's last litter
so I guess she wanted to go out with a bang! She went into labor two
days earlier than expected and whelped 3 girls and 6 boys! So
there should be plenty to go around, especially if you are looking for a
boy! If you are considering getting a Belgian,
feel free to contact me.
While I hadn't planned a
repeat breeding so soon after her last litter, I really can't complain
too much. I am very pleased with the results of
Annie's previous litters. The puppies from the previous litters were
uniform in look, conformation, and temperament. Several have gone to
herding homes where they show a natural aptitude for the work. Several
more debuted in the show ring this spring. In fact two from the
last litter just placed second and fourth in the Bred By Exhibitor class
at the 2014 Belgian Sheepdog National Specialty in Tulsa Oklahoma. The rest are
wonderful companions for their families.
Annie is a wonderful
mother and loves her puppies so much it is hard to get them weaned!
She is a high energy girl with tons of ball drive, which is typical of
Belgian Sheepdogs. She has a
beautiful coat, nice square body, and good movement. She's a natural
at agility. She is 7 years old and in excellent health. Dancer
is the happy-go-lucky 5 year old Belgian Sheepdog male I kept from Sheba's litter, who easily finished his championship
from the Bred By Exhibitor class and will now work towards
his HSAs herding title. Both these dogs
LOVED to show and I showed them both to their championships myself.
Dancer received OFA Excellent
hip & Normal elbow scores just like his mother. Annie's OFA xrays
came back with a score of Good hips and Normal elbows. Eye exams were done on both dogs
with no hereditary eye problems found. All my dogs are seizure free
to date.
Epilepsy is a problem within the Belgian Sheepdog breed, but thankfully I
have not yet experienced that issue with my dogs.
This breeding has produced medium to high drive beautiful
healthy Belgian Sheepdogs with good coat, good movement, attractive heads, and happy, willing
attitudes. The previous litters were very consistent in size, bone,
temperament, and look, which made it very difficult for me to choose the
puppies I wanted to keep.
If you are
interested in a Belgian puppy from this litter, please complete the
prospective puppy owner questionnaire to get on the
waiting list.
Puppies are sold with a written guarantee and lifetime breeder

Sheepdog Club of America) breeder guidelines. A puppy contract is
required. All companion Belgian puppies are sold with limited AKC
registration, with spay/neuter requirement.
